About Us
Awesome Walls Dublin is one of the largest and most modern indoor climbing centres in Europe. With over 2000m2 of dedicated climbing surface including more than 700m2 of bouldering, 18m lead walls and 200+ climbing routes there really is something fun and challenging for everybody to try.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced rock climbing athlete, you’ll want to come back for more! If you want to try rock climbing then there is no better place than Awesome Walls Climbing Centre Dublin.
We provide a safe environment and expert tuition to help you on your way to a fun and exciting future in climbing. Our qualified and experienced staff are always on hand to help you through your climbing experience, from answering your questions on anything climbing related to giving tips and advice on training or pushing your grade.

Awesome Walls Climbing Centre Dublin
By Car
From M50 – exit at junction 5, the N2/Finglas junction and follow signs for Finglas/city centre. Take the first right at the traffic lights beside Dennis Mahony motors (about 100m from motorway). Drive past the security hut and take the second right. We are located behind the red Libre building on the right hand side.
From the City Center – Follow signs for Finglas, the N2 or M50 if traveling by car. At the lights at the junction before M50 where Charlestown shopping centre is on your right, take a left into North Park where Dennis Mahony motors is on the corner. Drive past the security hut and take the second right. We are located behind the red Libre building on the right hand side.
By Bus
Currently the area is served by four bus routes, which terminate in close proximity to the site.
• 9 City Centre, Phibsboro, Ballymun Road, Glasnevin Avenue terminating at Charlestown Shopping Centre
• 17a Finglas (Mellowes Rd.), Kilbarrack.
• 40 City Centre (Parnell St.), now terminates at Charlestown Shopping Centre
• 40a City Centre (Parnell St.), now terminates at Charlestown Shopping Centre
• 40c City Centre (Parnell St.), Finglas (St. Margaret's Road)
• 83 Finglas (Mckelvey Ave.) Kimmage, (Stannaway Avenue)
Route 9 now operates every 10 minutes at peak time to the City Centre via Charlestown Shopping Centre and also provides direct connections to Dublin City University. Bus Eireann also provide inter town services which pickup along the N2 which serves towns along the N2 corridor including Slane, Derry and Letterkenny.
