I went once just so I can tick it off my list of things to try.
But there was such a great buzz to it, I have been now coming back regularly for a couple of years.
There are options for all abilities, beginners to advanced, on your own or with a group.
The belay devices allow great climbing if you are on your own, as does the bouldering area.
As a woman in my 40’s I thought it would be beyond me – I was wrong! You feel very welcomed whatever your age or level. People there are very friendly and supportive.
The walls are varied, cater to all abilities. The instructor was kind and helpful. We did the course to get qualified to go in by ourselves as a date idea, it was affordable and it was a brilliant day out that wasn’t based around food or drink which is difficult enough to do!
