Centre Manager job responsibilities include:

• Drive all commercial and operational management across both Awesome Walls and Little Rebels
• Implement the company’s strategic business plan by liaising with the company directors
• Lead, motivate and encourage your team
• Manage and successfully achieve agreed goals and KPIs ensuring all financials are met
• Drive the customer experience through service, product knowledge, presentation and quality.
• Analyse sales, category, and product performance and react accordingly.
• Liaise closely with schools and local businesses to create repeat customers and grow sales expectations.
• Implement succession plan and people development.
• Manage and oversee all safety procedures to the highest standards.

Experience and skills required for this position include:

• 3+ years of senior management experience 
• A results-focused individual with experience in managing in a dynamic and ever-growing business 
• Excellent people leadership skills
• Excellence in productivity and process management
• Excellent planning skills
• KPI-driven with experience in analysing budgets and financials
